ADHD assessment & support

Clarity, understanding
and support for a brighter path

Thorough, evidence-based adult ADHD assessment and personalised support, in line with recognised good practice, to help you understand your strengths and move forward with more confidence.

UNDERSTANDING ADHD

More than a diagnosis. A deeper understanding.

ADHD is a different way of experiencing and engaging with the world. It can come with real strengths, like creativity, energy and the ability to dive deep into what interests you, alongside challenges with attention, organisation, impulsivity and big emotions.

My aim is to offer a careful, compassionate assessment and practical support, so you can make sense of your own experience and find strategies that actually work for your life.

About ADHD

Different experiences. A shared understanding.

ADHD looks different from one person to the next. You might recognise some of this in yourself, or in someone you care about.

◎01

Attention

Finding it hard to stay focused, getting pulled off task easily, or losing track of time.

↗02

Organisation

Struggling to plan, decide what comes first and see tasks through to the end.

♡03

Impulsivity

Acting or speaking quickly, finding it hard to wait, or interrupting without meaning to.

≈04

Emotional regulation

Feeling emotions intensely, being very sensitive to rejection, or often feeling overwhelmed.

MY APPROACH

A personalised, compassionate approach.

Client centered evidence based approach to adult ADHD assessment and support, paying attention to your history, your strengths and the things you find hardest.

Together we’ll look at how you experience ADHD and then build practical strategies that help at home, at work or in study, whether that’s CBT-based tools for organisation and motivation or support with the emotional side of living with ADHD.
