Yes. I see people in person in Hazlemere and also offer online appointments, which many people find easier to fit around work, family or travel. We can talk through which suits you best when we first speak.

Yes. I offer Gold Standard adult ADHD assessments for people who think they may have ADHD, along with support afterwards to help you understand the results and put practical strategies in place. If you’re not sure whether an assessment is right for you, get in touch and we can talk it through.

The initial session provides an opportunity to discuss your current difficulties, explore what you would like to achieve from therapy and consider how best I can support you. We’ll take time to understand your individual needs, answer any questions you may have and agree on a way forward together.

I draw on CBT, EMDR, Schema Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy. I don’t believe in one approach for everyone, so we’ll choose the approach, or mix of approaches, that fits you and your goals.
